HISTORY
Established in 1981, Mysore Polymers & Rubber Products Pvt. Ltd. (Mypol) is India's first butyl tube manufacturer. We are a preferred inner tube manufacturer to tyre companies like Good Year, JK Tyres, Ceat, General Tires, DSI, Ceat Kelani, among others. ‘Mypol’ tubes have a strong presence in the replacement market. These are distributed across India & Sri Lanka through our 13 branches which cater to more than 1500 dealers.
Our rubber product activity spans several solutions for critical applications in defense, space, medical & severe environments in cement, waste water treatment, safety & garment industries.
With our expertise in rubber technology, product & process innovations, knowledge of manufacturing processes, ability to keep costs in control, we cater to customers’ critical requirements in India, USA, Canada, Europe we have reached all corners of the world.

INFRASTRUCTURE
Mypol is tightly integrated with its own Compound Mixing, Laboratory, Development, Testing & Manufacturing facilities. This not only helps in product quality but dramatically shortens product development time.
Infrastructure is available for inner tube manufacture, hydraulic presses for transfer and compression molding, Calendaring and rotocure line for sheet manufacture, Rubber Injection molding, Autoclaves etc. In a nutshell Mypol can handle any process in rubber product manufacture.

CERTIFICATIONS
We are accredited with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 & ISO 14001:2015 by TUV NORD and AS 9100:2016 from IAQG, for design, development, manufacture and supply of automotive inner tubes, rubber products and AeroSpace rubber products.
We are regularly audited by all our customers and end users for our systems. Few companies that audit us regularly are Toyota Kirloskar, Maruti Suzuki, Ceat Tyres, Nissan-Renault, Tokai Rubber Auto Parts, JK Tyres, Goodyear, Trelleborg AVS, Raychem-RPG. These audits help us be on par with industry best practices.
